These terms cover peekgraph.com and the consultation form. Paid work is covered by a written scope after the call — not by this page. Contact: info@peekgraph.com.

The site

Pages describe data analytics services. They are information, not an offer, until a written scope is accepted.

The consultation

• The form is a request to talk, not a paid engagement.
• Nothing is billed from the form or the first call.
• Scope, fee, and timeline come in writing before work starts.
• A request that is a poor fit can be declined.

Paid work

• Files produced for a paid scope belong to the client after payment, unless the scope says otherwise.
• Tool licenses (Microsoft, Tableau, Smartsheet, and others) stay with the client.
• No guarantee of a search ranking or a specific dollar outcome.
• The work is consulting — not legal, tax, or investment advice.

Use of the site

Do not scrape the form or submit false contact details. Past employers named under About are professional background, not current clients unless a written case study says so. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

The public site is provided as-is. For paid work, any liability is limited to the fees paid for that scope, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Privacy

Form handling is on the Privacy Policy.

Changes

The date at the top is the current version. A signed written scope is not rewritten by a later site update.
